Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking friendly Dining Servers to deliver exceptional service to residents. You will prompt and courteous serve meals, help with setup and cleanup, and assist with food prep under kitchen staff guidance.

Excellent communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, is expected to support our residents' dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dining or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong orientation toward outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand for prolonged periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous dining service to residents and guests by taking and delivering orders.
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after meal service.
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation under kitchen guidance.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and food prep areas per health guidelines.
• Engage with residents to create a warm, social dining atmosphere.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
• Participate in staff meetings and training to improve service quality.
