Job summary

Sycamore Reserve in Indiana (8275 Craig St) seeks a part-time Server to help residents enjoy a positive dining experience in our community dining room. You will take orders, serve meals, and provide friendly, attentive service in a warm environment.

No prior senior-care experience required; prior food service is a plus. Flexible weekend shifts, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Passion for serving seniors and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with friendliness.
• Present menus and explain daily specials.
• Take meal orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and beverages with quality and presentation.
• Assist with special dietary needs and allergies.
• Clear tables and maintain dining area.
• Set up and break down dining space before and after meals.
• Communicate resident concerns to the dining services manager.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
