Qualifications
- Pass a Level 2 background check
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, country club, hotel, or senior living dining experience is a plus—and we're happy to train the right person
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference
Responsibilities
- Provide restaurant-style meal service with hospitality
- Build relationships with residents and deliver attentive service
- Take meal orders and accommodate dietary requests
- Assist with meal setup, beverage service, and table service
- Maintain a clean, organized dining room
- Collaborate with culinary team to ensure an outstanding dining experience
- Support special events and community dining programs
