Job summary

Arbor Terrace Delray in Delray Beach, FL, is hiring servers for full-time and part-time shifts. You’ll deliver restaurant-style service, greet residents warmly, take orders, and support a friendly dining room team.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, country club, hotel, or senior living dining experience is a plus—but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Server, you'll help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by:

• Providing restaurant-style meal service with exceptional hospitality
• Building relationships with residents while delivering friendly, attentive service
• Taking meal orders and accommodating resident preferences and dietary requests
• Assisting with meal setup, beverage service, and table service
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
• Working closely with the culinary team to ensure an outstanding dining experience
• Supporting special events, celebrations, and community dining programs

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, country club, hotel, or senior living dining experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference
