Job summary

Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking a friendly server to join our dining team. You will take meal orders, deliver meals, and ensure residents have a positive dining experience in a compassionate environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining dining areas, following safety guidelines, and supporting a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests. Flexibility with hours is valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with seniors.
• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs.
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Know the daily specials and general descriptions of all food items.
• Maintain side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set up and clean the dining room while maintaining hospitality standards.
• Wash dishes as needed.
