The Ranch Estates of Tucson is seeking a Server to provide dining room service to our senior residents. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and a friendly, resident-focused atmosphere. You will assist with meal service, ensure dietary standards are followed, and help maintain a pleasant dining operation.

Weekend availability is required; the position offers growth in a supportive community and opportunities to contribute to a compassionate, family-like environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills expected.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Able to relate to residents and staff in a courteous manner.

Responsabilidades

• Serve meals to residents in the dining room.
• Follow dietary standards when preparing foods.
• Set up and deliver trays as requested by kitchen staff.
• Take orders and serve food in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas.
• Adhere to safety and infection controls and dress code.
