Job summary

Distinctive Living's Mira Vie at Bridgewater in Bridgewater, NJ is hiring a Server for either full-time or part-time roles. You will support the dining room operations, deliver meals, accommodate dietary needs, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for residents.

As a server, you will train with staff to maintain service quality, assist with safe work practices, keep dining areas clean, and foster teamwork while communicating effectively with residents and fellow team members.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops a positive customer service culture in the dining room through staff training.
• Ensures staff provides service that maintains resident experiences during meal times.
• Maintains a clean dining room and keeps equipment, walls, tables, and chairs clean.
• Works in a safe manner and supports Safety Committee standards; assists with injury investigations and communications.
• Fosters teamwork with co-workers and positively impacts residents and visitors.
