Job summary

The Blake at Oakleaf Village is currently seeking a compassionate Server to ensure residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and a superb dining experience. You will assist in the Bar and Coffee Shop, guide guests through menus, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, (state-dependent) ServSafe certification, and hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe Certification if state requires.
• Food server/hospitality experience required.
• Bar Card preferred if state allows.
• Willingness to work with elderly in a senior living environment.
• Knowledge of POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide gracious hospitality to residents and guests.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guide guests through menus with thorough product knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards in dining areas.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with team for prompt service.
• Set and reset tables per company standards.
• Assist with meal preparation as requested.
• Maintain stock levels of bar, coffee shop and front of house.
• Support special events and activities.
