Job summary

The Delaney at The Vale in Massachusetts is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. You’ll provide exceptional service to our residents while helping create a warm, welcoming dining experience every day.

You’ll work a consistent full-time schedule, with a 6:30am to 3:00pm shift, and earn $20–$24 per hour based on experience. This role offers meaningful work serving seniors in a luxury community.

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Experience working with seniors is a plus.
• Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with breakfast service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Ensure food quality, appearance, and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Set tables and maintain dining room stations.
• Take resident orders, answer menu questions, and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Serve meals using proper dining etiquette and hospitality standards.
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests.
