Job summary

Freedom Village Brandywine is seeking full- and part-time servers to join our dining team, with day and evening shifts available. Starting pay is $14/hour. We offer tuition reimbursement through our resident council and support for education in 2024-2025.

As a Dining Room Server you will welcome residents, take orders, serve meals, and help maintain a warm, clean dining room. DailyPay and benefits are provided to eligible staff.

Qualifications

Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school.
Experience in food service work preferred.
Experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards.
Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Take order, provide service and requested items with courtesy.
Clear dishes and assist with dish washing and resetting tables.
Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
Know diets provided and served correctly per Policy and Procedure.
Represent community in a warm and inviting manner.
