Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Lafayette is seeking a friendly Dining Room Server to assist residents in a warm, restaurant-style dining room. You will serve meals with care and provide attentive service to residents and guests, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Frequent bending, carrying, and reaching are part of the day-to-day activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
