Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Ballard in Seattle is seeking a compassionate Dining Room Server to professionally serve meals in our restaurant-style dining room and provide a high level of service to residents and guests.

We value flexibility and reliability; the role requires availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Handler’s Permit as required.
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.

• Professionally serving meals in our restaurant-style dining room.
• Providing a high level of customer service to residents and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

If you are someone with:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Handler’s Permit as required.
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Frequent bending, carrying, and reaching are part of the day-to-day activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
