Responsibilities

• Lead with Aramark coaching model to develop team members and recognize performance.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress to stakeholders.
• Manage P&L statements and deliver financial targets; analyze margins and cost controls.
• Drive productivity through efficient operations, food and labor initiatives, and training.
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment; ensure compliance with safety and wage regulations.
• Oversee front-of-house dining operations with the Food Service Director and coordinate service delivery.
