Aramark SeniorLife+ is redefining dining in senior living. We seek a Food Service Manager to lead teams, deliver high-quality resident dining, and positively impact healthcare dining operations. You will oversee front-of-house operations, ensure safety standards, and drive operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring CDM credentials or willingness to obtain within a year, 1+ year leadership in relevant settings, and strong communication and coaching skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

CDM credential or willingness to obtain within 1 year.
At least 1 year of leadership experience in food service, healthcare, senior living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or hospitality.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop dining service teams using Aramark's coaching model and daily briefings.
Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across operations.
Direct front-of-house and dining facility activities with the Food Service Director.
Identify client needs and communicate progress on operational targets.
