Job summary

The Experience Senior Living Team in Florida is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee dining operations in a fine dining atmosphere. This role focuses on exceptional guest service and smooth front-of-house performance.

You will interview, coach, and develop dining room staff, coordinate scheduling, manage POS systems, assist with events, and ensure meals meet high standards while maintaining budgetary controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years dining room or restaurant wait staff experience.
• Previous management or team leadership experience necessary.
• Basic computer skills using programs such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere.
• Interview, coach, train, develop, and hire dining room team members.
• Coordinate scheduling for all front-of-house team members.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on systems and programs for compliance.
• Assist with purchasing and manage POS functions.
• Coordinate and lead special events and resident meal services.
• Develop strong teamwork and maintain resident satisfaction during transitions.
• Lead and coach staff while managing budgets for food, supplies, and labor.
