Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the daily operations of dining rooms and restaurants to ensure residents and guests have a pleasant dining experience.
• Collaborate with other department managers and enforce policies on staff appearance, attendance, and service standards.
• Be on the floor during meal service to lead by example and drive engagement and retention.
