Job summary

Aramark SeniorLife+ in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead dining operations in a senior living setting. You will coach culinary and dining teams, ensure safe, high-quality meals, and drive regulatory compliance.

This role partners with the Food Service Director to optimize resident dining experiences, manage staffing and inventory, and maintain survey readiness while fostering a compassionate, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• CDM credential required.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in healthcare or related settings.
• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop culinary and dining team members.
• Foster a culture focused on teamwork, accountability and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served safely while upholding quality.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local food safety regs.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Monitor food, labor and inventory costs and support financial goals.
• Partner with community leadership to improve resident dining experience.
• Maintain sanitation standards and survey readiness.
• Support inventory management, purchasing and QA.
• Create a welcoming dining environment for residents.
