Job summary

Lodge at White Bear, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Hospitality Service Attendant to serve residents and guests in the dining room, assist in food prep, replenish snacks, and support dining operations with dishwashing and setup.

Eligible applicants may have 1–2 years in a similar role and at least 12 years of education; the role includes comprehensive benefits and a wage of $14 per hour, with location-based eligibility for some perks.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
• Twelve (12) plus years of education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves residents and guests seated in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures.
• Assists in drink and food preparation for the Residents and performs assigned tasks in clean up, washing the dishes and setting up and taking down the dining areas.
• Preparing and serving snacks to include replenishing stock items in the common area refreshment centers for the residents.
• Assists chefs in the food preparation tasks and serving as assigned.
• Completes the dishwashing tasks and schedules for efficient dining service operations
