Job summary

The Waters is seeking a Dining Room Manager to ensure an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will provide hands-on front-of-house management of all serving staff, coordinating with the Director of Dining Services to determine staffing needs and deliver outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of restaurant or senior living management, a valid Food Services Sanitation Certificate, and a commitment to creating a welcoming, detail-focused dining

Qualifications

• Minimum two years restaurant or senior living experience with staff management.
• Valid Food Services Sanitation Certificate or ability to pass course after employment.
• Provide hiring, training, leadership and oversight of all serving staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide hiring, training, leadership and oversight of all serving staff.
• Manage front-of-house operations to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Collaborate with the Director of Dining Services to determine staffing needs and guide dining servers.
• Interact with residents and guests daily to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
