Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Dining Room Coordinator for Ashley Park by Barclay House to ensure residents have a world-class dining experience. You will train staff, manage day-to-day service, and coordinate meal operations in a senior living environment.

The role requires two years of dining/restaurant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and ServSafe certification within 3 months of hire. Flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

Two years of experience in dining/restaurant service.
Must be service oriented with a positive attitude.
Experience with prepping and planning meals according to established menus.

Responsibilities

Ensure residents have a world class experience during mealtimes.
Train new team members on dining room etiquette and procedures.
Coordinate organized meal and tray service processes.
Communicate dining needs to the Director of Dining Services; and
Keep the dining room clean and set for all meals per QSL standards.
Multi-task day-to-day dining area operations including staff scheduling and front-of-house tasks.
Assist BOH team and support tasks as needed.
Coordinate food service details for special events in all areas of the Blake community.
Occasionally serve as a server when needed.
