The Kensington Sierra Madre is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in a pet-friendly community. This full-time role covers morning shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm, focusing on quality of life, privacy, and respectful assistance.

You will help residents with daily activities, transfers, meals, and hygiene, while documenting care and participating in ongoing training to grow within the team.

Qualificações

• One year of experience working as a Nurse Assistant / Caregiver is preferred.
• Clear and proficient communication with people of all ages.
• Must read and write English and follow instructions.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Must be cleared by DOJ and FBI via Live-Scan prior to employment.
• Health screening for tuberculosis prior to employment.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize residents' quality of life by respecting privacy and independence.
• Assist residents with transfers, bathing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Help with dining, meals, and documenting intake.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident suites and equipment.
• Document care given and report changes to supervisors.
• Attend trainings and partake in professional development.
