Job summary

The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community, is seeking friendly wait staff to join our dining team. You will set up traylines, serve residents, buss, and help with food prep and dining room cleanliness.

Full-time, Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with occasional weekend shifts. Wage range is $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience. We offer competitive pay, supportive management, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior food service or restaurant experience.
• Experience working with seniors (preferred).
• Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification (preferred).
• Availability that might include weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents and guests promptly as they arrive.
• Informs guests of daily specials, makes recommendations.
• Completes bussing, runner, meal plater, utility and catering duties as needed or assigned.
• Refills beverages throughout the meal service.
• Keeps alert to resident requests and special needs; assists residents with plates or trays.
