Emporia Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide to help provide high-quality dining services in a caring, home-like environment for residents.

The role offers starting pay of $12.50 per hour with a Premium Pay Plan and additional pay based on experience. Our not-for-profit, faith-based community provides benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, scholarships, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• A Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Works diligently to ensure that every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal.
• Advances the value that the resident comes first.
