Job summary

Dimensions Living Oconomowoc is seeking a Culinary Aide to support meal service in our senior living community. If you enjoy helping others and delivering joyful dining experiences, join our team.

You will assist in meal prep, maintain clean dining spaces, and collaborate with cooks and care staff to ensure resident satisfaction. Training will be provided; experience in food service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or healthcare is preferred, but not required.
• Able to follow instructions, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks per care plans and dietary guidelines.
• Set up dining areas and ensure meals are served on time and at proper temps.
• Provide meal assistance to residents with kindness and respect.
