NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for a senior living community in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This part-time, hybrid role combines on-site and remote work to deliver nutrition care and innovative dining programs that align with our food-is-medicine philosophy.

You will participate in clinical nutrition, staff training, and program development to support high-quality care across facilities, with a focus on elder nutrition, education, and collaboration with nursing and

Qualifikationen

• Must be a Registered Dietitian.
• Completed a minimum of a bachelor’s degree at a US regionally accredited university or college and ACEND accreditation.
• Pass a national examination by the CDR.
• Obtain/maintain state licensure to practice dietetics.

Aufgaben

• Maintains policies and programs for optimal, cost-effective nutrition care.
• Sets goals for Clinical Nutrition to ensure high-quality care.
• Uses equipment and programs to deliver efficient nutrition services.
• Trains staff and interns within the Food and Nutrition Services team.
• Collaborates with other departments to coordinate patient care.
• Develops education programs for nursing, pharmacy, and residents.
• Implements in-service education for RDs, dietitians and interns.
• Encourages staff to engage in research and publications.
• Maintains OSHA compliance and safe working environment.
• Keeps records and reports to meet standards and regulations.
