Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Follow dietician-approved menus and accommodate dietary needs.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of storage areas.
• Label and store food safely according to guidelines.
• Wash dishes and maintain dining areas before and after meals.
• Operate kitchen appliances safely and in compliance with procedures.
