Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Grade school education required.
• Experience in quantity food production preferred in healthcare or senior living.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for residents, visitors, and staff in a timely manner.
• Follow dietician-approved menus while accommodating individual dietary needs.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food storage safety.
• Label, store, and organize food safely; wash dishes and equipment.
• Set up and clear dining areas; operate kitchen appliances safely.
• Adhere to policies and HIPAA guidelines.
• Support a welcoming, home-like dining environment.
