Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation, portioning, and serving to residents per dietary plans.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Provide meal assistance and support to residents during dining.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and proper storage.
• Assist with inventory and notify Dietary Manager of shortages.
• Collaborate with dietary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Support residents' dietary preferences and special requests.
