Responsibilities

• Meal Assistance: Help prepare, portion, and serve meals to residents according to dietary plans and requests.
• Sanitation & Cleanliness: Maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness; wash dishes and equipment as needed.
• Resident Support: Assist with meal setup, serving, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Food Safety: Follow food safety protocols for storage, handling, and sanitation.
• Inventory Support: Assist in receiving, storing, and reporting shortages or needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the dietary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Resident Engagement: Accommodate special dietary requests and resident preferences during meals.
