Liberty Senior Living in Charleston, South Carolina, is seeking an experienced Cook to join our dining services. You will follow recipes, prepare meals for residents with attention to nutrition, flavor, and presentation, and adjust for special dietary needs.

You will work under the Executive Chef, ensure food safety and sanitation, monitor portion controls, and help create a welcoming dining atmosphere that supports independence and well-being for residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Two+ years restaurant experience.
• Able to operate standard kitchen equipment.
• Attends trainings as required.

Responsabilités

• Follow recipes and assist with modifications to meet resident needs.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation per policy.
• Create a positive dining experience and assist with meal service.
• Assist with inventory and communicate shortages.
• Support the Executive Chef and participate in team activities.
