Job summary

Liberty Senior Living is looking for an experienced Cook to join our dining services. You will follow recipes, prepare meals, and help customize items for residents with special requests or allergies.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen, and assisting with inventory, ordering, and coordination with the Executive Chef. This position supports the Liberty Cares mission and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and two or more years of restaurant experience.
• Must be able to operate standard kitchen equipment.
• Attends trainings and department meetings when necessary.
• Performs other duties as outlined by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes and assists with recipe modification and development.
• Prepares foods to meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary kitchen and follows safety guidelines.
• Assists with inventory, ordering, and communicating supply needs.
