Qualifications

• At least 2 years cooking experience in industry or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to follow Holiday menus and recipes.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious, appetizing meals for residents.
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and safe kitchen operations.
• Review menus and follow recipes with portion-control.
• Oversee serving carts and garnish meals attractively.
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating, and storage procedures.
• Maintain logs for refrigerator, freezer and production.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas per schedules.
• Support resident satisfaction and address food-related concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
