Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Cook: 1 year cooking experience in a restaurant, health care or senior services setting.
• Chef: 2 years cooking experience in a restaurant, health care or senior services setting or completed culinary training/certification or vocational training/certification in commercial food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Follow established recipes and maintain kitchen standards.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation per regulations.
• Prepare meals and adjust for dietary needs.
• Assist other cooks and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide quality meals to residents and guests.
