Regency Oaks in Clearwater, FL is seeking a hospitality-focused Cook to join our Community Culinary Services team. This role performs full-scope, hands-on cooking, ensuring high quality, safety, and presentation while supporting residents’ dining experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1+ year cooking experience in a restaurant or senior living setting, and a culinary degree is preferred. Starting wage is $16 per hour with comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in all tasks.
• Maintain food quality, appearance and presentation to standards.
• Prepare and serve menu cycles meeting nutritional/dietary criteria.
• Demonstrate cooking speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with meals service and ware washing as needed.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service quality and make improvements.
