Responsibilities include preparing meals, inventory rotation, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. The role emphasizes high-quality nutrition, presentation, and consistent, flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Food handlers’ certificate per state requirements.
• Knowledge of food preparation, production and plate presentation.
• Must be drug-free and submit to a drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
• Knowledge of special dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals per menu and schedule, ensuring nutritional and attractive presentation.
• Properly store, date, and rotate foods following guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Adhere to kitchen cleaning schedule and sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
