Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare in Jamestown, ND is seeking a full-time Cook for day shift to prepare meals for residents, staff, and guests in a 72-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will follow established menus, ensure kitchen safety and sanitation, support event meal prep, and help meet budget goals while delivering an outstanding dining experience for our residents.

• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Active ServSafe Certification preferred; training provided.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
• Willingness to train new employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, staff, and guests based on menus/recipes.
• Assist with meal prep for resident and employee events.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining area.
• Assist with budget goals, inventory, and production control.
• Follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies.
