Brookridge Heights Assisted Living & Memory Care in Marquette, MI is seeking a Cook to create delicious, safe meals for residents. You’ll work with a caring Dining Services team to deliver memorable dining experiences in a hospitalities-focused environment.

You’ll bring a passion for cooking, attention to quality and sanitation, and the ability to balance quick service with resident comfort. This role offers consistent hours and a supportive team dedicated to residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking or food service preferred.
• Passion for cooking and quality meals.
• Ability to work with seniors and make a difference.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary requirements.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served timely.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Assist with meal planning and special dietary needs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and work area.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Collaborate with Dining Services to provide an exceptional resident experience.
