Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality food preparation experience.
• Scratch cooking in a high-volume setting.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Word.
• HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing all food items following recipes and procedures.
• Ensures timely preparation; uses batch cooking where appropriate.
• Prepares food to meet dietary requirements and food safety standards.
• Attends dining services meetings and in-service trainings.
• Maintains kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment before/after use.
