Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Cook for its Asher Point of Mobile community. You will prepare high-quality meals for residents, manage kitchen stock, and maintain sanitation across all food-prep areas in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of commercial kitchen experience and hold ServSafe certification with a valid Food Handler’s permit. This full-time role supports independent living, assisted living, or memory care residents at 650 S University Blvd,

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• ServSafe Certification required and Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state/local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items
• Monitor stock
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas
• Assist with training of all Culinary team members
• Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation
• Serve meals to residents promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner
