Sunrise Senior Living in Charlotte, NC is seeking a motivated Cook to prepare meals according to standardized recipes and menus, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards.

You'll follow dietary modifications, record production quantities and temperatures, keep the kitchen clean, and support dishwashing and dining service as needed; leadership in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator. This role includes benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
