LCB Senior Living, LLC at The Residence at Watertown Square in Watertown, MA is hiring a Cook for a full-time role with a restaurant-style dining atmosphere and a wage band of $24.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience.

You will work with the Culinary Services Director and Executive Director to keep residents satisfied, supervise culinary staff, assist with menu execution, ensure safety and sanitation, and help with events and daily kitchen operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1–3 years cook experience in hospitality or healthcare.
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Able to read and follow recipes and production guides.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Assist with supervision of culinary staff.
• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and approved menus.
• Maintain kitchen, food storage and cleanliness in a safe, sanitary condition.
• Open and/or close the kitchen; follow cleaning schedules.
• Ensure all food is received, stored and prepared per company standards.
• Document temperatures of food and monitor refrigeration temperatures.
• Assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals.
