Job summary

Wingate Living in Needham, MA, is seeking a Cook to join a restaurant-style dining team serving residents. The position offers Full Time, Part Time and Weekend shifts with an hourly wage of $25-$26 and benefits including 401K and health coverage. You will work with the Executive Chef to prepare meals, ensure food safety and quality, and provide 5 Star service to residents and families in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Cook in a food service environment.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and approved menus.
• Complies with food quality, temperatures, portions, and presentation.
• Provide 5 Star customer service in all interactions with residents and families.
• Assist with cleaning of kitchen areas and storage, as scheduled.
• Support operations during busy shifts and ensure regulatory compliance.
