Job summary

The Fordy Group seeks an experienced Senior Superintendent to manage day-to-day field operations on a large senior living project in Bel Air, MD. You will lead subcontractors, schedules, and quality control from groundbreaking through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years in commercial construction, familiarity with multi-building senior living or healthcare projects, and proficiency in Procore and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience on senior living, multifamily, or healthcare projects preferred.
• Experience managing $30M–$75M+ projects.
• Procore or MS Project scheduling knowledge.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Based in Bel Air, MD or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for a large-scale senior living project.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel across multiple building types.
• Enforce safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain schedules and resolve delays across phased site.
• Lead weekly meetings with subcontractors and safety teams.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with PM/PE on budget, procurement, and turnover.
