• Four-year degree in architecture, engineering or construction related field.
• Minimum ten years of design and construction experience with led projects.
• Experience with green construction, FF&E coordination and renovations a plus.

• Develop cost-effective plan and schedule for project completion.
• Coordinate work of all parties and maintain relationships for success.
• Review plans and provide preliminary budgets and value engineering.
• Ensure compliance with specs, permits, and safety requirements.
