Job summary

Clarendale of Addison is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge on a part-time schedule: Fridays 3p-11p and alternating Saturdays/Sundays 3p-11p. You will greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and service providers in a warm, professional manner.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. As the first face visitors see, you will provide telephone coverage, handle deliveries, support maintenance requests, and assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent telephone communication required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors and suppliers without escalation.
• Accept deliveries, log receipt, and notify the recipient.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
