Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with outstanding service.
• Answer calls on a multi-line telephone and direct to the right person.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond promptly to calls.
• Manage the business center and handle mail processing.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Collaborate with co-workers and other departments to support operations.
