Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Escort residents to meals, activities, appointments, and common areas.
• Provide companionship through conversation, reading, games, and social interaction.
• Respond to call lights and notify nursing staff when assistance is needed.
• Assist with dining, hydration, and snack service.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and common areas.
• Support light housekeeping and infection prevention practices.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and events.
• Prepare rooms for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
