Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Campbell is hiring a Community Relations Assistant to support our senior living community. You will assist with lead generation, answer inquiries, and coordinate community tours to help residents and families explore options.

The role involves organizing marketing materials, coordinating events, and maintaining lead data in Yardi. Prior sales/marketing exposure and a willingness to engage with seniors are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience or training in sales or marketing preferred.
• At least 25 years old to drive company vehicle.
• At least 1 year of experience or training in sales or marketing (preferred).
• Experience in senior living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic sales processes as directed by CRD.
• Answer inquiry calls and respond to internet inquiries.
• Schedule and conduct community tours.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and mailings.
• Manage the community's lead bank (Yardi) including data entry and scheduling.
• Serve as primary sales back-up when CRD is unavailable.
• Support sales/marketing admin tasks: order materials, assemble move-in paperwork, coordinate events.

Our Community Relations Assistants are responsible for:

• Assists with basic sales processes as directed by the CRD.
• Takes inquiry calls and responds to internet inquiries.
• Schedules and conducts community tours.
• Conducts prospect follow-up calls, e-mails, mailings, etc.
• Assists with management of the community's lead bank (Yardi) including data entry, lead management, scheduling and completing calendar tasks, etc.
• Serves as primary sales back-up when CRD is out of the community.
• Assists with sales and marketing administrative tasks including:
• Orders marketing materials and supplies.
• Assembles post-tour brochures and move-in paperwork packets.
• Helps plan and coordinates marketing events.
• Other duties as assigned.

If you are someone that:

• Has a high School Diploma or equivalent. Some post-secondary education preferred.
• Has Experience or training in sales and marketing preferred.
• Is at least 25 years of age to drive company vehicle.
• Has least one year of experience OR training in sales or marketing. (Preferred)
• Has at least experience in senior living.

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.
