Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead Watercrest at Kingwood, a senior living community in Texas. You will oversee daily operations, staff performance, occupancy strategies, and regulatory compliance while driving exceptional resident service and financial stewardship.

You will build and mentor department leaders, partner with sales to grow referrals, manage the budget, and ensure safety and quality across all programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading senior living operations and multi‑department teams.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Knowledge of senior living regulations, licensing, and resident rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation and performance of the community, including resident services, sales, business operations, dining, programming, housekeeping, maintenance, and other service areas
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain strong department leaders while creating clear expectations and accountability throughout the community
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Partner with sales and marketing leadership to strengthen referral relationships, increase occupancy, and achieve community revenue goals
• Build trusted relationships with residents and families while ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, licensing requirements, company policies, and resident-rights standards
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels, effective scheduling, and properly trained employees across all departments
• Conduct regular leadership meetings, review department performance, identify operational concerns, and implement solutions
• Promote a positive community presence through relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, regulators, and local organizations
• Protect confidential resident, employee, financial, and operational information
