Responsibilities

• Lead Community Operations: oversee day-to-day community operations to ensure exceptional resident care and service. Develop and support department leaders in achieving operational, clinical, and financial goals. Foster a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, engagement, and service excellence.
• Support Resident Satisfaction & Quality Care: promote a resident-focused environment that values dignity, independence, choice, and quality of life. Collaborate with clinical and support teams to meet resident needs. Address concerns promptly and professionally. Drive continuous improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
• Ensure Compliance & Risk Management: maintain compliance with all applicable regulations. Lead survey, licensing, and audit readiness efforts. Oversee safety, emergency preparedness, quality assurance, and risk management initiatives.
• Drive Financial & Operational Success: monitor occupancy, census, labor, revenue, and expenses. Partner with sales and marketing to support growth. Identify efficiencies while maintaining resident experiences.
• Build and Develop High‑Performing Teams: recruit, hire, coach, and retain talent. Provide leadership, accountability, and development for department leaders. Ensure training and certification compliance.
